Hukamnama in Hindi With Meanings

वडहंसु महला ३ ॥ रसना हरि सादि लगी सहजि सुभाइ ॥ मनु त्रिपतिआ हरि नामु धिआइ ॥१॥ सदा सुखु साचै सबदि वीचारी ॥ आपणे सतगुर विटहु सदा बलिहारी ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥ अखी संतोखीआ एक लिव लाइ ॥ मनु संतोखिआ दूजा भाउ गवाइ ॥२॥ देह सरीरि सुखु होवै सबदि हरि नाइ ॥ नामु परमलु हिरदै रहिआ समाइ ॥३॥ नानक मसतकि जिसु वडभागु ॥ गुर की बाणी सहज बैरागु ॥४॥७॥ {पन्ना 560}

पद्अर्थ: रसना = जीभ। सादि = स्वाद में। सहजि = आत्मिक अडोलता में। सुभाइ = प्रेम में। त्रिपतिआ = तृप्त हो जाता है। धिआइ = सिमर के।1।

साचै सबदि = सदा स्थिर प्रभू की सिफत सालाह की बाणी में (जुड़ने से)। वीचारी = विचारवान। विटहु = से। बलिहारी = कुर्बान।1। रहाउ।

संतोखीआ = तृप्त हो जाती हैं। लिव लाइ = सुरति जोड़ के। दूजा भाउ = माया का प्यार।2।

देह = शरीर। सरीरि = शरीर में। सबदि = शबद के द्वारा। नाइ = नाम में (जुड़ने से)। परमलु = परिमल, सुगंधि, खुशबू देने वाला पदार्थ।3।

मसतकि = माथे पर। जिसु मसतकि = जिसके माथे पर। सहज बैरागु = आत्मिक अडोलता पैदा करने वाला वैरागु। बैरागु = निर्मोहता।4।

अर्थ: मैं अपने गुरू से सदा कुर्बान जाता हूँ, जिसके सदा स्थिर प्रभू की सिफत सालाह में जुड़ने से विचारवान हो जाते हैं, और सदैव आत्मिक आनंद मिला रहता है।1। रहाउ।

(हे भाई! गुरू की शरण पड़ के जिस मनुष्य की) जीभ परमात्मा के नाम के स्वाद में लगती है, वह मनुष्य आत्मिक अडोलता में टिक जाता है, प्रभू-प्रेम में जुड़ जाता है। परमात्मा का नाम सिमर के उसका मन (माया की तृष्णा की ओर से) तृप्त हो जाता है।1।

(हे भाई! गुरू की शरण की बरकति से) एक परमात्मा में सुरति जोड़ के मनुष्य की आँखें (पराए रूप से) तृप्त हो जाती हैं, (अंदर से) माया का प्यार दूर करके मनुष्य का मन (तृष्णा की ओर से) संतुष्ट हो जाता है।2।

(हे भाई! गुरू के) शबद की बरकति से परमात्मा के नाम में जुड़ने से शरीर में आनंद पैदा होता है, (गुरू की मेहर से) आत्मिक जीवन की सुगंधि देने वाला हरी-नाम मनुष्य के हृदय में सदा टिका रहता है।3।

हे नानक! जिस मनुष्य के माथे पर उच्च भाग्य जागते हैं वह मनुष्य गुरू की बाणी में जुड़ता है (जिसकी बरकति से उसके अंदर) आत्मिक अडोलता पैदा करने वाला वैराग उपजता है।4।7।

Meaning: I always sacrifice with my Guru, who always becomes wise by joining Sālāh with the help of a stable God, and always enjoys spiritual bliss. 1.  Rahu.

 (O brother! The person whose tongue is in the shelter of the Guru) The tongue is found in the taste of the divine name, that person is stuck in spiritual stubbornness, and gets involved in the love of God.  The divine name is satisfied by Simar's mind (from Maya's trishna). 1.

 (O brother! By the blessing of the Guru's refuge) By adding beauty to a divine being, the eyes of the human being are satisfied (from the inside), by removing the love of Maya, the mind of the human being (from the craving) is satisfied  2.

 (O brother! Guru's) By joining Shabad in the name of God, joy is created in the body, (by the grace of the Guru), the green name that gives the fragrance of spiritual life always rests in the heart of man. 3.

 Hey Nanak!  The man whose high fortune awakens on his forehead joins the Guru's speech (through whose grace it is in him) yielding the soul which produces spiritual infatuation. 4.7.
