Hukamnama in Hindi With Meanings

रागु बिहागड़ा छंत महला ४ घरु १    ੴ सतिगुर प्रसादि ॥ हरि हरि नामु धिआईऐ मेरी जिंदुड़ीए गुरमुखि नामु अमोले राम ॥ हरि रसि बीधा हरि मनु पिआरा मनु हरि रसि नामि झकोले राम ॥ गुरमति मनु ठहराईऐ मेरी जिंदुड़ीए अनत न काहू डोले राम ॥ मन चिंदिअड़ा फलु पाइआ हरि प्रभु गुण नानक बाणी बोले राम ॥१॥ {पन्ना 537-538}

पद्अर्थ: धिआईअै = ध्याना चाहिए। जिंदुड़ीअै = हे सुंदर जिंदे! गुरमुखि = गुरू की शरण पड़ने से। अमोले = जो किसी मुल्य से ना मिल सके। रसि = रस में, आनंद में। बीधा = बेधा हुआ। नामि = नाम में। झकोले = चॅुभी लगाता है। ठहराईअै = टिकाना चाहिए। अनत = अन्यत्र, और तरफ। काहू अनत = किसी और तरफ। चिंदिअड़ा = चितवा, याद किया।1।

अर्थ: हे मेरी सोहणी जिंदे! सदा परमात्मा का नाम सिमरना चाहिए परमात्मा का अमोलक नाम गुरू के द्वारा ही मिलता है। जो मन परमात्मा के नाम रस में बेधा जाता है, वह मन परमात्मा को प्यारा लगता है, वह मन आनंद से प्रभू के नाम में डुबकी लगाए रखता है।

हे मेरी सोहणी जिंदे! गुरू की मति पर चल के इस मन को (प्रभू चरणों में) टिकाना चाहिए (गुरू की मति की बरकति से मन) किसी और तरफ नहीं डोलता। हे नानक! जो मनुष्य (गुरमति पर चल के) प्रभू के गुणों वाली बाणी उच्चारता रहता है, वह मन-इच्छित फल पा लेता है।1।

Meaning: O my Sohni Jinde!  Always the name of God should be simulated. The name of God is found only by Guru.  The mind which is pierced in the name of the divine, loves the divine, that mind dips in the name of Lord with joy.

 O my sohni jinde!  This mind should walk (in the feet of God) by following the Guru's mind (mind with the grace of the Guru's mind) does not move anywhere else.  Hey Nanak!  A person who (by walking on gurmati) possesses the virtue of the qualities of the Lord, gets the desired results.
